As approved at the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited (MARL) and Macquarie Atlas Roads International Limited (MARIL) on 15 May 2018 and following the satisfaction of regulatory requirements:

• MARL has changed its name to Atlas Arteria Limited (ATLAX) effective 22 May 2018.

• MARIL has changed its name to Atlas Arteria International Limited (ATLIX) effective 16 May 2018 (Bermudian time).

Macquarie Atlas Roads, the dual-stapled ASX-listed security which comprises ATLAX and ATLIX has changed its name to Atlas Arteria. There will also be a change to the ASX listing code from MQA to ALX which will be announced on the ASX’s announcement platform when the change becomes effective.

The ATLAX Constitution and ATLIX Bye-Laws have been amended to incorporate the name changes and other amendments approved at the AGMs. The company website has also been transitioned to www.atlasarteria.com.
