In response to feedback from our 2024 engagement survey, we continue to invest in learning and development, including the launch of an Atlas Arteria Leadership Development Program in September 2025. Employees also continue to be supported to undertake external professional qualifications.
Our ongoing compliance training program ensures all employees understand the policies and requirements relevant to their roles.Our people attend conferences and training sessions to develop their skills and knowledge across a range of areas, from cybersecurity to human rights.
The Atlas Arteria Leadership Development Program
This program is designed to help leaders understand their strengths and identify areas for growth, with a key output being the creation of individual development plans. The aim of the program is to strengthen leaders’ strategic and critical thinking, influence and decision making, to support their leadership of high-performing and engaged teams.
